We are proud of our management team, and pleased to introduce them to you starting with the Senior Management:

Jan Morgan - MA RGN AHSM
Founding Director

A Nursing graduate of the Queen Elizabeth medical centre, Birmingham and a Health Visitor since qualifying at the University of Aston. Jan established The Birmingham Private Nursing Service and ran it for many years.

Jan launched Cerecare in 1997 and is heavily involved in its' success.

Jan is our Registered Nursing Manager, responsible for the day to day management of our nursing staff.

Marianne Deacon - NVQ4
Managing Director
Registered Manager (Domiciliary)

Marianne has considerable experience in Social Services Home Care, having worked with the Mid-Sussex and Llanelli Authorities, and has held senior posts in Residential Homes for the Elderly.

She holds an NVQ level 4 in the Management in Care and has successfully managed the business since 1998.

Colette Dunn - NVQ 3,4 
Registered Manager

Colette is Registered Manager for Cerecare's Domiciliary Care Side of the company; she also deputises for Marianne in her absence. Colette is an NVQ A2 Assessor, and has been with Cerecare since 1999

Sam Farquhar - NVQ 2,3 NVQ 4 Management
Training Manager/Personnel Officer

Sam accesses training courses, manages budgets, and records training requirements & achievements for all employees; she heads the Human Resource Department & Personnel Department.

Sam is an assessor and internal verifier, responsible for recruitment, supervision, appraisal and reviews, and strives for a happy, supported and safe workforce, and has been with Cerecare since 2001

Sheila Beaumont - NVQ 3 Direct Care & NVQ3 Supervisory Management
Services & Quality Assurance Officer

Sheila joined Cerecare as our Service & Quality Assurance Officer in August 2008

She has many years of experience working for Carmarthenshire CC with elderly clients in a variety of settings including domiciliary care, residential and community services.

Administration Staff

Jess Bennett - NVQ 2
Senior Clerical Officer

Jess holds an NVQ 2 in Business and Administration and is Currently working towards an NVQ 3 in Business & Administration and has been with Cerecare since 2001.

Our Office Cat

Our cat has no formal qualifications; prior to joining Cerecare, it was the pet of one of our Service Users.  Providing absolutely no contribution to the practicalities of running the office, but does seem to have a beneficial calming influence.

Ruth Draper
Administration Assistant

Ruth has a wealth of administrative experience built up from 20 years in administration and has been with Cerecare since 2001.
