Season's greetings to you all. I hope that you have all had the opportunity to spend some quality time with your families/loved ones over the Xmas/New Year period.

NEW EMPLOYEES

The following employees have joined the Company since the last newsletter:

LLANYBYDDER with Paul and Tanya: Rebecca Owen, Christine Jones, Beverley Sime.

SOUTH with Franki: Rebecca Morris.  Angela Evans has commenced as Cardigan area Senior. Welcome back to Lisa Jones.

NORTH with Ceri and Anne: Madelene Hinni.

SUPPORTING PEOPLE: Gail Ford.

We would like to welcome them all and hope that they have settled into and are enjoying their new roles.

XMAS BONUS

As a way of saying thank you to staff for their ongoing hard work and commitment, a bonus will be included in February pay by way of Boots Vouchers. This is paid to all employees who have been with the company for three months or more.

RECRUITMENT

We are currently advertising and recruiting in all areas and will be visiting Job Centres in the near future to try to speed things up. If any staff member introduces a friend who commences and successfully completes their 3 month Probationary period with us, they will receive a £50.00 bonus.
