Hello everyone
Sorry it has been so long since the last newsletter.
CHANGES AT THE TOP.
On the 14th of October Marianne bought Jan Morgan's shares in the business and Jan has now retired and we wish her well in her new life. This will have no effect on how the Company is run and it is business as usual. Marianne would like to take this opportunity to thank all the office staff that were so supportive to her during what were at times very difficult negotiations.

NEW APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
We would like to welcome Tina Sturtevant who has been appointed to the position as Supporting People Co-coordinator.
Sheila Beaumont who has stepped down as the Supporting People Coordinator to concentrate on her QA role and has also undertaken the role of Complaints Officer.
Paul Dagg promoted to deputy Senior.

TRAINING
The new training room, which has been up and running since the spring is proving to be very successful.
FUND RAISING
Jeans Day is being held on the 26th of November with money raised going to The Beacon of Hope. This year the Company has had a lot of contact with the Beacon of Hope providing the very much-needed Hospice at Home care.
